1. Payment is due within the days mentioned in the payment terms above.

Payment need to be made by bank transfer onto the following bank account

2. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.

3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work created during this engagement shall remain the property of Azodoga 

4. All client information shared during this engagement will be treated as confidential.

5. In no event shall Azodoga be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. This invoice shall be governed by the laws of France.

7. Prices listed on this invoice are valid for 30 days from the invoice date.

8. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the General Tax Code
